You could receive £1,500 to be a 'hotel bed tester' - how to apply

This sounds like a (very literal) 'dream job' opportunity. Luxury bedding company, Tielle, is on the hunt for a paid "bed tester" to stay in luxury hotels.

The job, officially titled "five-star bed tester," will see one lucky applicant get paid to spend the night in fancy hotels, then give their feedback on the experience.

Tielle will send the successful applicant around "some of the country's best hotels," where their primary job responsibilities will be "dozing, snoozing and snuggling."

The person chosen will be paid £1,000 in cash, with an additional £500 awarded, to go towards travel expenses to hotels. These will include The Savoy in London and The Artist Residence in Brighton.

Overall, the successful bed tester will be given five free stays at five-star hotels in 2021 - with a plus one permitted. If you're the lucky pick, you'll have to provide feedback to the company following your stay.

Who can apply?

The job ad doesn't give a person specification - all you need to do is apply through an application form on the company's website.

There's an additional opportunity available to any influencers who have 5,000 followers or more on social media. You can find out more about that role here.
