Fans of Chorley FC and Manchester United are being asked to turn out in force and cheer on their teams on Saturday, May 17.
The fixture is one with a twist as it is in fact the fans that will be representing their clubs.
James Wilson manager of AFC Chorley will field a side against a Manchester United fans team at Victory Park.
The game will kick off at 2pm and all proceeds from the game will go the clubs chosen charity for the season Chorley MENCAP.
James, said: “At AFC Chorley, we have always tried to support Chorley FC’s nominated charity and this year is no different.
“In the past three years we have raised money for Derian House, Chorley FC and also raised money and obtained funding to supply the club with a defibrillator unit with training.”
The game also has a chance to be filmed on Manchester United’s own television channel MUTV.
