Chorley Live 2022: wristbands now on sale as the popular event returns in two weeks

The popular weekend music event Chorley Live is returning in two weeks time, after a three-year break.

Yesterday (September 20), Chorley Council announced that wristbands are now on sale for the popular event, which is taking place on Friday, October 7 and Saturday, October 8.

All participating venues, as well as the Union Street Offices, Astley Hall Gift Shop and Malcolm’s Music Land are selling wristbands at £5 each, with under 12's being admitted for free.

The writstband will give you entry to all venues, all weekend, so “get them before they're gone”, the Council warned.

Chorley Live is on between 7pm and 11pm with acts performing at every hour both nights, including musicians, comedians, dancers, and magicians.

Organisers have said the event will take place across 35 venues and feature 280 appearances.

In the past, Chorley Live has been attended by 12000 people, and in 2018, it won the Small Event Award at the prestigious Lancashire Tourism Awards.
