Head indoors to Santa’s grotto

Oliver Newsham, seven months with Santa at his Grotto in Preston Indoor Market

Santa and his sack full of presents arrived on Saturday, November 23 and will be on duty each Saturday throughout the festive season.

Families can find him on the upper floor of the Market, which is on Liverpool Street, off Lancaster Road, in the city centre.

He will be stationed opposite popular businesses Fryers Fayre and the Beauty Spot.

He will be around to chat to children, have his picture taken and of course to hear what little ones really really want for Christmas this year from 11am to 3pm.

Entry to the grotto is free and each of his child visitors will receive a small pre-Christmas gift from Santa.
