A mesmerising show for all fans of the Fab Four comes to The Platform Theatre, Morecambe, this month, with a tribute act celebrating the most successful and enduring act in the history of popular music.

It is 51 years since The Beatles played their only concert in Morecambe. Their first album Please Please Me had just been released, and the band were being mobbed wherever they went – and Morecambe was no exception.

The band – ‘Beatlemania’ – captures the passion, energy and excitement of those days with a band regarded as one of the world’s foremost Beatle tribute acts. It recreates the legendary live performances of The Beatles from ‘moptops’ to hippies.

Beatlemania stars Paul McDonough as John Lennon,David Peterson as Paul McCartney, Rich Jevons as George Harrison and Dave Gee as Ringo Starr.

This line-up, with more than 20 years experience, has firmly established Beatlemania as the band for Beatles fans to witness,performing to thousands of people each year.

Beatlemania is at The Platform Theatre in Morecambe on Friday, November 14 at 7.30pm.
