Derian House Children’s Hospice near Chorley is to benefit from the X Factor winner’s single.

Production company Syco, owned by Simon Cowell, has vowed to donate at least £1 for each CD and 20p for each download of the song to Together for Short Lives. Through it’s partnership with that charity, Derian House will benefit from some of the proceeds raised.

Sophie Saunders, fundraising manager for Derian House said: “Our partnership with Together for Short Lives and the support this creates helps us on our mission and makes such a huge difference to the families we support.”

The winner will be crowned on December 14.
