Rachel Emma Delaney, 26, of Granville Road, Chorley, was given a conditional discharge for 12 months by Preston magistrates for stealing clothing and bedsheets worth £146 from Asda, Chorley. She also had to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. The offence happened on May 30.

Shaun David Lenardy, 28, of Ullswater Road, Chorley, was fined £88 by Preston magistrates for possessing cocaine. He also had to pay £30 victim surcharge.

David Hamer, 67, of Park Road, Chorley, was disqualified from driving for six months by Preston magistrates for failing to give information relating to the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He also had to pay £660 fine

His driving record was endorsed with six points. The offence happened on December 11.

Sheree Giminez, 39, of Broadfield Drive, Leyland, was given a community order with a curfew by Preston magistrates for assaulting two police officers whilst resisting arrest. She had to pay £50 compensation to each officer and £85 court costs. She was also bound over for £250 for committing a breach of peace. The offences happened on July 1.

Craig Walker, 34, of Stanifield Lane, Farington, was fined £133 by Preston magistrates for driving whilst not wearing a seat belt. He also had to pay £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. The offence happened in Croston Road, Farington, on November 30.
