Preston North End’s £109.5m fantasy football squad value compared to Stoke City, Coventry City & more

The new season begins next week.

Preston North End start the 2022/23 campaign away to Wigan Athletic next weekend.

Ryan Lowe, who made the move to Deepdale last term from Plymouth Argyle, has been busy putting his own stamp on the squad this summer by bringing in attacking midfielder Ben Woodburn from Liverpool, goalkeepers Freddie Woodman and David Cornell from Newcastle United and Peterborough United respectively and winger Robbie Brady from AFC Bournemouth.

The Lilywhites finished 13th last season and it will be interesting to see how they get on, with making the play-offs no doubt the aim.

Cameron Archer, who impressed on loan with Preston from Aston Villa, has returned to his parent club now so the club will be hoping Emil Riis can step up to the plate again and fire in the goals.
